Scholarship Recipient Agreement

Once scholarship decisions are made, the Community Foundation disburses scholarship funds to the institution the recipient attends. Scholarships are not disbursed to individuals. Students must complete and return the Scholarship Recipient Agreement Form to YVCF before funds can be distributed. Please fill out for all scholarships you are receiving from YVCF.
