Conference Room Reservation Guidelines

YVCF’s conference room and office spaces are available for use by nonprofits and community groups for informational, educational, and cultural meetings and programs or social gatherings when not needed for YVCF purposes. Use of YVCF meeting rooms does not imply endorsement by YVCF staff or Board of Directors of the viewpoints presented by the members or their guests.

Please follow Steps 1-3 when reserving the conference room.

Step 1

Check availability in the calendar at the bottom of this page. If the room is available for your desired time, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2

Read the Conference Room Guidelines and Agreement to ensure that your meeting qualifies and that you understand the requirements. Sign the Consent below indicating you have read and agree to the terms. We recommend that you download or print a copy of the Agreement for your reference.

Step 3

Submit your Conference Room Request. Your reservation will be confirmed or denied within 5 business days of the request.
