YVCF hosts this shared calendar of key dates and events for nonprofits throughout the Yampa Valley. To help avoid overlap and conflicts, we encourage you to add upcoming events—especially major fundraisers—as soon as you know the date. For access to add and edit events, email our Grantmaking Dept. Or for a single event, just email us the following full details and we can add them for you:
- At minimum, include: event name, nonprofit organization, date, time, and location.
- If any details are tentative, please note in the name of the event: e.g., “My Great Event (time TBD).”
- Update your events as details finalize or if something changes.
- Add a web link to the event’s notes for people to learn more.
- Add events as early as possible, even if some details are tentative.
