Support The Steamboat Group’s Online Food Drive for LiftUP of Routt County. Together, we can raise $16,000.
LiftUp of Routt County is responding to COVID-19 by doing what they do best – helping our neighbors in need with nutritional food and utility and housing assistance. The Steamboat Group is doing what we can to help support their efforts. You can help by joining us for an online food drive where every dollar is matched up to $8,000. This is needed more than ever because Lift-UP has closed their Thrift Store and they are anticipating a loss of $24,000 in revenue to support their Food Banks, Assistance Programs and Operations. They need monetary donations to help alleviate this loss.
On Sunday, June 23rd our team was awarded the Yampa Valley Community Foundation’s Business Philanthropist of the Year award. This award is truly an honor to receive. Something that makes Steamboat such a special community is the way that philanthropic work is so highly valued by locals and never a second thought. This is the type of community where everyone will drop what they’re doing to gather around an issue and help take the steps to resolve it and assist those in need.
Since The Steamboat Group’s inception in 2016, our team has donated over $70,000 to charities that align with our agents’ values and passions with the overall goal to “Keep Steamboat Special”.
Thank you for the nomination and to everyone who helps with our vision, including the Yampa Valley Community Foundation and our amazing clients. We are excited to continue to build the TSG Fund and support programs that will help Steamboat remain the special place we all love.
Why does The Steamboat Group Give?
The Steamboat Group gives for one very simple reason – we want to “Keep Steamboat Special“. – Jon & Wendy Wade
Being active in my community, both through volunteerism and donations, is very important to me. One of the reasons why I chose The Steamboat Group is because of this shared value. The team has some common passions that we work together to support, like Lift Up’s produce drive and the United Way’s Day of Caring. It’s fun to have time together outside of the office working towards a common goal. – Dianne Bertini
Being a team member at The Steamboat Group provides fun opportunities to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in Routt County. – Michael Eggert
I give to the TSG Fund because Steamboat is filled with many devoted people who work hard to give back to this community and I know that the dollars that I put in directly and positively affect those around me from the amazing care of our children to the places we recreate and to those who are in need that contributes to this community and need a little extra support. – Alex Pond
