The Yampa Valley Community Foundation is committed to outreaching the work of local nonprofits to the philanthropic community. The Nonprofit Directory provides a comprehensive guide to the inspiring organizations doing important work in Routt and Moffat Counties. 

Use this form to update your public nonprofit listing with an overview of your organization’s work, contact information, and website. The directory is primarily utilized by donors and community members looking to learn more about nonprofits in Routt and Moffat counties.

Use this form to update your public contact and nonprofit listing on the YVCF Nonprofit Directory.

Organization Name(Required)
Only one listing can be created for an EIN, even if you have multiple separate programs.
Public Contact Name (Optional)
You can chose to provide a general email (info@) or a personal email of a public facing staff member.
A brief summary of the work or mission of your organization.
A description of your nonprofit activities, programs, and services. This would be a good place to highlight the needs you address and the specific population you serve!
