Communications Guidelines for NPI Grant Recipients
The Colorado Department of Local Affairs in partnership with Yampa Valley Community Foundation is responsible for administering the Nonprofit Infrastructure Grant Program. Through a competitive process, nonprofits across the state have been selected to receive this one-time grant funding to help build capacity of nonprofits that serve historically marginalized communities in Colorado.
Acknowledging Your Grant

Publicizing your Grant
YVCF publicizes our grants through local media and as stories in our newsletters, website, social media, and/or annual report. We encourage you to tell your organization’s story about receiving your grant in your own communications efforts. We would appreciate receiving copies of your media highlights, photographs, and video links that demonstrate how your grant-funded work benefits the community. There is a space for highlights on your quarterly reports but for best results, please email stories to greg@yvcf.org.
YVCF Logos
We encourage you to actively use our logo in your marketing efforts. You may include a link to YVCF’s website (yvcf.org) from your organization’s website or refer to yvcf.org in printed or other marketing materials.
Every day we meet with partners, new and longstanding, to pass on our passion to build a better Yampa Valley. If you have a passion, we can help you find the best way to pass it on.
