The Yampa Valley Community Foundation promised it was going to be a grand evening at the Ghost Ranch in downtown Steamboat Springs. With 150 members eager to make their IMPACT, this season of IMPACT100 will boast as one of the most impressive years in the event history.
Highlights from the engaging evening included presentations from the Beth Blaskovich of Emerald City Opera and Buck Chavarria of SK8 Church.
Attendees were surprised with an original rap performance from a High School Senior who has been benefiting from SK8 Church’s programs for several years. Emerald City Opera detailed the impact opera and vocal arts provides to Northwest Colorado.  Both nonprofits captivated the group through dialogue and discussion, creating more connectivity in our community. Attendees savored a mushroom-themed feast served by Big Air Catering, featuring beef wellington served with mushroom duxelle and meringue mushrooms with tiramisu.
