- Message: What do you want to say to your target audience?
- Messenger: Who is the most persuasive to reach your target audience?
- Materials: What do you need to create to deliver your messages?
- Methodology: What is the implementation plan?
- Measurement: How do you know you are succeeding?

About the presenter:
Robin Schepper: Robin is a passionate and committed leader with extensive managerial experience in social marketing and behavior change campaigns. She is skilled in strategic communications, coalition building and partnerships, change management, influencing public policy, training, and coaching leaders and staff to reach their optimal potential. She has subject matter expertise in nutrition, physical activity, health, and wellness. For over 25 years, Robin’s career has spanned many positions including co-founding a public affairs firm in Seattle; serving as staff director for the Senate Technology and Communications Committee; working as a consultant to the Athens 2004 Olympic Games; and working with the Bipartisan Policy Center and the Department of Defense on improving food systems. Robin is a certified coach, trainer, and facilitator.
